Reputation
Alumni achievements influence how prospective students, parents, industry and society see the institution.
Your alumni carry your institution into companies, industries, cities and communities across the world. Their careers, achievements and influence become part of your reputation.
Institutionallegacy helps you see this legacy, strengthen it and bring alumni closer to the institution.
Every graduating class creates a new layer of institutional legacy. Some alumni become industry leaders. Some build companies. Some enter academia, public service and social institutions. Many help the next generation through jobs, mentorship, partnerships and opportunities.
Every one of them still carries your institution's name.
Alumni achievements influence how prospective students, parents, industry and society see the institution.
Companies, startups, non-profits and initiatives created by alumni become part of the institution's continuing story.
Leadership across business, academia, government and society builds institutional standing over decades.
Graduation should begin a new relationship — not end one.
Most institutions know their students extremely well until graduation. After that, information becomes fragmented. Alumni move cities, change careers, build companies and take leadership positions. Over time, the institution loses visibility into what its own alumni have achieved.
It also loses opportunities that are already within its network.
Opportunities already present
These opportunities are already present in the alumni community. Institutionallegacy helps the institution find and activate them.
The value of an alumni network isn't measured at graduation — it compounds over decades. Every batch adds new layers of reach, expertise and goodwill the institution can act on.
Mentorship, referrals, internships and first jobs for current students and young alumni.
MOUs, partnerships, advisory roles and R&D relationships waiting in your alumni network.
Alumni stories and advocacy that strengthen the institution's reputation beyond any brochure.
Mentors, speakers, sponsors, board members, external examiners and industry experts.
A single dashboard, three strategic questions, one continuously improving view of your alumni — feeding reputation, relevance and recruitment with real-time proof of what your graduates are doing right now.
Who is shaping?
From board seats to startups to government, the institution has graduates shaping every sector. The Legacy Dashboard puts them on your map.
Who is elevating?
Reputation is built in rooms you're not in — by the alumni who carry your name. The dashboard helps you identify and celebrate them.
What should we showcase?
The best admission story is a real one. The dashboard surfaces achievements that become compelling proof of what your institution produces.
Along with the Legacy Dashboard, Institutionallegacy gives the institution its own Alumni Engagement Platform. As more alumni participate and update their information, the Legacy Dashboard becomes richer.
Alumni register, verify and maintain their own profiles — keeping data current without institutional overhead.
Alumni find and connect with batchmates across years, locations, professions and shared interests.
The institution invites alumni for mentoring, placements, industry partnerships, events and advisory roles — all through the same platform.

Functional Teams
Institutionallegacy is structured around a clear, phased rollout that delivers immediate value from the first month and compounds as the network grows.
Month 1
Build the foundation
We deploy the Alumni Engagement Platform for the institution. Existing alumni information from the selected batches is uploaded in bulk. Alumni are then invited to register, verify their information and complete their profiles. At the same time, the Live Legacy Dashboard is activated to provide the first consolidated view. At the end of Month 1, the institution has a working alumni platform and its first view of its legacy.
Month 2
Grow the network
The institution invites more alumni to join. Registered alumni invite their batchmates through email, social media and personal networks. As alumni register and add information, the Legacy Dashboard becomes progressively richer and more accurate. The institution starts discovering alumni, achievements and connections that were previously outside its view.
Months 3–6
Put the network to work
The institution begins structured engagement with its alumni. Alumni connect with each other across batches, locations, professions and interests. The institution invites them to participate in mentoring, placements, industry partnerships, entrepreneurship, academic programs and events. The Legacy Dashboard continues to improve as alumni participation grows.
The first step is to see it.
Institutionallegacy brings together the people, achievements and relationships your institution has built over decades — and gives you a way to keep that network growing.
